Temporary Virtual Assistant Needed
My current virtual assistant is sick and I’m not sure how long she’ll be out. I’m looking for someone who’s flexible to fill in until she gets better, starting as soon as possible.
- $3 per hour, paid weekly
- I prefer Payoneer but I’m willing to work with Wise, PayPal, Xoom, and possibly others
Most likely around 10 hours per week, possibly up to 20 hours. No set times that you need to be online.
I’ll train you on each of these tasks, so experience is preferred but not required:
- Uploading blog posts to WordPress and Shopify websites
- Finding stock photos for blog posts using Canva
- Editing blog posts using a software called RankIQ to add relevant keywords (I’ll train you to use this software, so don’t worry if you’re not familiar with it)
- Instagram engagement
- Adding information from video messages to Google Docs
- Possibly emailing clients
- Good English reading & writing skills
- Ability to complete some tasks within 1-2 days of it being assigned
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and editing blog posts is ideal, but not required
It’s ok if you don’t have an account with these yet, but if we work together it’s required to create a free account with:
- WhatsApp to communicate with me & potentially other team members
- ClickUp to see the tasks that are assigned to you, as well as the training videos, due dates, etc.
- Payoneer is preferred for payment, but I’m willing to work with Wise, PayPal, Xoom, and possibly others
